After conducting extensive field testing on over 25 different holsters, we found the best Sig P365 holsters. Our favorites included the Hidden Hybrid Holsters Single Clip, which is exceptionally comfortable, and the full Kydex Harry’s Holster’s Infiltrator.
Our team personally carried the Sig P365 XL and Sig P365 XMacro concealed during our daily routines to test the reliability of various appendix and IWB holsters. We also took these holsters to the range to ensure their effectiveness in a defensive situation. All of this testing helped us choose the best holsters for different situations and people.

We have over 25 years of experience carrying concealed handguns. We also have competitive shooting, range safety officer, and military experience. So, we have put our time in at the range. We also have years of concealed carry experience and have taken 100s of hours of courses.
Therefore, we’re pretty confident in our choices for the best Sig P365 holster.

The Hidden Hybrid Holsters Single Clip Holster is one of the most comfortable holsters we have used for the Sig P365.
Blake carries the Sig P365XMacro in an appendix position using this hybrid holster. This holster has a unique design, with a leather backing and a Kydex shell. The leather is made by Amish artisans in the US, and it features a soft, suede-like texture that sets it apart from other holsters.

Another unique feature that we have not seen before is the RMR guard. When I ordered the holster, we could select the type of RMR we had mounted on our Sig P365. When the holster came, I was surprised to find a full Kydex guard for my red dot built into the holster.
I also ordered the optional claw, which keeps the grip of my Sig P365 closer to my body, helping to conceal it better.

Since this is a hybrid holster, it is a little wider than a low-profile 100% Kydex holster. This helps to make it more comfortable as it spreads out the pressure from the holster against my body. But it does take up more room.
Since Blake has a smaller waist and less room, he finds that using an IWB mag carrier with this holster is a little much. The Sig P365 mags are so small though, so carrying one OWB is concealable.

When I ordered this holster, they did not make a light-bearing model for the P365. They may have one soon, but it was a little disappointing. This is the only real negative we could find.

Harry’s Holsters Infiltrator IWB – Best Sig P365 Kydex IWB Holster
- Type: IWB
- Material: Kydex
- Sig Models: P365XL, P365XMacro
- Return Policy: 30 Days
- Warranty Policy: Lifetime
- MSRP: $97.75
Harry’s Holsters Infiltrator IWB Holster is one of the best Kydex IWB holsters we have used with the Sig P365. It works great in all IWB positions, from appendix to around the 5 o’clock position.

I really like how this holster has a rounded design. I can tell there was a lot of thought and a few iterations in designing this holster.
Most other Kydex IWB holsters stop the Kydex around the barrel end with an edge. This holster has a nice, rounded edge around this area, making it much more comfortable than others I have tried. There are no edges or points to cause stomach pain when I am sitting.
I find the “concealment claw” wing feature on this holster particularly appealing. Unlike the traditional claw attachment, the wing feature is molded into the holster, functioning in a similar manner. However, the wing’s gradual slope makes it much more efficient than a claw.

I find when I put on holsters with a traditional claw, it often gets hung over my belt. The slope on this wing allows it to slide right on without hanging up.
One of the best features of this holster is its adjustability, which I found to be superior to other holsters. The Discrete Carry Concepts clip that comes with the holster is one of the most secure clips I have ever used. The clip is separate from the holster, so I was able to adjust it to fit my carry position and body type perfectly.

The two slots in the front of the holster gave me plenty of ride height and cant angle adjustment so I could set the holster perfectly for me.
If you have the standard Sig P365, they have the Shorty model also, which is very similar.

The CYA Supply Ridge IWB Holster is one of the best Kydex holsters we found for the Sig P365. We found that it works best in the Appendix position, but also can be configured for the 3 O’clock position.
The Sig P365 is a thin, light, concealed carry gun that is perfect for the appendix position. This holster is compact, comfortable, and complements it well.

This holster comes with the Discrete Carry Concepts clip, just like Harry’s Holster Infiltrator above. It is adjustable, but not as much as the Infiltrator. I found that I could get it just where I wanted in the appendix position without any trouble.

A concealment claw is included with this holster at no extra cost. Nearly everyone else charges extra, so this is a nice place to save money. It does stick out when putting it on and I found it catching the waist of my pants sometimes. It is not as bad as some other holsters I have tried though.
I like how the claw came with three different height options. I could adjust it right where the grip of my P365 was concealed, but not so much that it was hard to draw.

When I ordered, I noticed there were a bunch of color options available. This holster is optics-ready as well. However, they do not offer any light-bearing options for the P365.
I really like the price of this holster. It is lower than most others we have found and is a great value.

Craft Holsters Lynx Open Top IWB – Best Sig P365 Leather IWB Holster
- Type: IWB
- Material: Leather
- Sig Models: P365, P365X, P365XL
- Return Policy: 30 Days
- Warranty Policy: 5 Years
- MSRP: $69
The Craft Holsters Lynx Open Top IWB Holster is one of the best leather IWB holsters we have found for the Sig P365.

What makes this holster unique is the molded design. It is specifically made for the Sig P365. Leather holsters are usually a universal fit that sometimes makes safety hit or miss. They either don’t fully guard the trigger, or retention is poor.
Not with this holster. It fits my Sig P365 perfectly, just as good as Kydex.

Note that this holster will not work in the appendix position but works great in the 3 O’clock and 5 O’clock positions.
The opening of the holster is reinforced with an additional piece of leather. This keeps it open so I can easily holster my P365, even with the pressure of my belt pressing on it. I find this is an issue with most leather IWB holsters but not with the Lynx.
This holster looks great. It has a traditional leather look with adjustable leather belt loops instead of metal or plastic clips. The loops have three holes for adjustment, so I can change the ride height and cant angle.

I found that the snaps on the loops could be hard to snap depending on the waistband of my pants and the thickness of my belt. Once I started pushing the snap from the bottom first, it became much easier.
The low profile of this holster and the flexibility of the leather make this holster very comfortable with the Sig P365. I found I could easily wear it all day.

The Falco Kydex Reinforced Belly Band Holster is one of the best Sig P365 belly band holsters we have tried.
Kristin on our team often uses this holster with her Sig P365XL. She uses it when regular belt holsters don’t make sense for what she is wearing.
Here are her thoughts on this holster:
Most belly band holsters I have found have a nylon fabric pocket of sorts for the handgun. I don’t like these because they really aren’t safe, especially with my kids around me.
I really like that the Falco Belly Band has a built-in Kydex holster. It is custom-made for my Sig P365XL, so it fully covers the trigger and retains it perfectly. It also keeps my gun in a consistent location, so I don’t have to fumble around with it when I draw.

This belly band has a bunch of extra pockets. I found I could carry my phone, ID, credit cards, cash, and an extra mag in it. This is huge because I can go for a run and have everything I need fully concealed.

I also like how wide this band is. I have tried other belly bands that are thinner and found them not as comfortable. I found that I didn’t have to make this one so tight that it was uncomfortable for it to stay in place.
In hot weather, this belly band can become hot, but it is breathable, so it is not very noticeable. I like that I can remove the Kydex holster and have it dry-cleaned (although machine washable would be better!)
When I ordered it, I was surprised to find that Falco made so many different models for the Sig P365 with lights. I doubt there is a combination that they don’t make.

The Stealth Gear Ventcore 1.0 AIWB Plus appendix holster is one of the best hybrid Sig P365 IWB holsters we have used.
I love the compact hybrid design of this holster with its built-in mag pouch.
The hybrid holsters from Stealth Gear have a distinctive backing that is breathable and provides the same level of comfort as leather. I personally find this holster to be perfect for hot weather as I don’t need to wear an undershirt with it, unlike with other holsters.

The Kydex shell provides protection for the trigger and keeps my P365 safely in place, much like a fully Kydex holster would.
One of the features I really appreciate about this holster is its clip. It allows me to adjust the ride height and cant angle to my liking, and I can even tuck my shirt in around it whenever I need to. Unlike most other holsters, this one gives me the option to fully conceal and dress up a little without having to worry about my shirt coming out.

The Alien Gear Photon holster is one of the most flexible Sig P365 Holsters we have found. It can be configured for IWB, OWB, and the Appendix position. I also have the photon magazine carrier, which attaches to this holster in an appendix side car configuration.

I appreciate the affordability of this holster. Despite being one of the most reasonably priced holsters on our list, it offers great flexibility as it can be adjusted for both right and left-handed shooters.
This was particularly important for our team since we have members who are right-handed and left-handed.
I had no trouble adjusting my holster to how I wanted it. The sidecar mag carrier is also adjustable. It took me some time to get it exactly right, but that’s what makes it such a great product. After all, everyone has different preferences.

The holster comes with a concealment claw for IWB carry. I found that depending on the pants and belt I wore, it was a little difficult to put on with the attached claw. The space under the clip for my pants and belt was just not enough sometimes.
When using it with my P365XL, I found that I didn’t need the claw as the grip was short enough to stay close to my body without printing.
Another small feature I really like is the included spare hardware. It seems like I always drop the tiny screws, and they bounce into oblivion. They even include a spare belt clip.
There are light-bearing models for the P365 available for this holster, so even if your gun has a light, they may have something that works for you.

The 1791 Gunleather BHC OWB Leather holster is a great option for carrying the Sig P365 outside the waistband.
I like how the leather of this holster is soft but molded to fit the P365 at the same time. It smells great, just like a tack shop.

The wings of the holster with the belt loops are naturally curved, which allows me to thread my belt easily. It also makes this holster comfortable to wear since no rigid belt loops are digging into my side.
This holster fits my Sig P365XL surprisingly well. It is nice and snug but not so tight that I can’t draw it easily. It does not interfere with the backstrap on my gun, so I can get a good grip before I draw.
The ride height and angle are not adjustable, but it feels close to the correct position for me. My Sig rides at a slight forward angle, and I would have rather had it slightly more upright. This angle does help it conceal better though.

The only major thing I don’t like is how the area around the trigger is not as snug as I would like it to be. The trigger is by no means exposed, but it would make me feel better if it was not as wide here.
Overall, the quality of the leather is amazing, and it is a great-looking holster as well.

Tips on Choosing the Best Sig P365 Holster
The Sig P365 is considered to be one of the best guns for concealed carry. Its slim design and lightweight make it easy to carry in an IWB position. Generally, people tend to prefer carrying it in the appendix position, while those with larger bellies prefer the 3 O’clock IWB position.
I also included the best OWB and belly band options we have found above in case you have decided that an IWB holster is not for you.
If you are uncertain about the ideal position for carrying your concealed weapon, we have a guide that can help. Check out our recommendations for the best concealed carry positions and tips for choosing the best concealed carry holster. Our guide outlines our decision-making process and highlights what we have found to be effective for most people.
Sig P365 Holster Features to Look For
There are a few features to look for when choosing your holster:
- The holster should fully guard the trigger.
- The holster should retain the gun securely.
- The holster should be comfortable.
- The holster should allow a full grip on the handgun when drawing it.
- The holster should be adjustable.
- The holster should not collapse after drawing the handgun.
- The holster should be concealable.
- The holster should be Kydex, Leather, or a Hybrid design.

The hardest one of these to consider without trying the holster is comfort. We have used (and still are) all of the holsters on the list above and can say they are all comfortable.
If you’re carrying the Sig P365 in the appendix position, there are some essential tips that we recommend for you to carry it comfortably. Even if you have the most comfortable holster in the world, it can still be a pain if you’re not using it correctly. Additionally, we have provided more overall tips in our Best Appendix Holster guide.
- Your pants should be slightly large around the waist to accommodate an IWB holster.
- Wear a sturdy gun belt.
- Pull your pants up! Make sure your waistband is in the proper position just below your belly button. This will provide enough room for an appendix holster. The design of your pants or a lot of belly fat may make this difficult.
- Individuals with a lot of belly fat may find the 3 O’clock IWB and OWB position more comfortable and more concealable.
- When carrying the Sig P365 in the appendix position, I find that I may need to push the top of the holster away from my stomach when bending over.
- I find that while driving and wearing the Sig P365 in the appendix position my seat belt goes directly across the holster. I prefer to not wear it like this while driving in case of an accident.
The Best Sig P365 Holster For You
From our experience with the Sig P365 over the past few years, we have found the best way to carry it is IWB in the appendix or 3 O’clock position.
All of the holsters listed have worked well for us, and we still use them depending on the circumstances. While you don’t need all of them, a hybrid and a Kydex option work well.
If you prioritize comfort, try the Hidden Hybrid Holsters single clip and the Harry’s Holsters Infiltrator for added flexibility.
For a traditional leather holster, choose the Craft Lynx IWB and pair it with CYA Supply’s Ridge IWB. This provides both appendix and hip IWB options.
Mixing and matching holsters really opens up clothing options when pairing pieces based on weather.
If you are not satisfied with any of the holsters we have suggested, you can take advantage of their excellent return policies and send them back for a full refund. Don’t hesitate to request a refund, as it is a common practice. Keep in mind that holsters are highly individual purchases, and what works for one person may not work for another.
